Our Custom Digital flags are made exactly the same way as our commercial grade military and state flags are produced. These flags are intended for extended, all-weather, outdoor use. We print on 200 denier nylon using Dupont UV resistant inks specifically calibrated to our 1 ton, industrial, high speed printers. They have high resolution, 600 dpi capabilities and reach a 95% penetration when printing. Each flag is sewn with T-60 strength thread and is reinforced with double rows of lock-stitch around the edges. The fly-end is extra reinforced with 4 rows of lock stitch and back-tacked. Our header is second to none. While the 9 oz. "Super-white" header is heavier and harder to see through then the majority of others in the market, the real advantage is the bright white color that looks tremendous from the ground. It's a brightness that just can't be attained using the 7 oz. canvas heading most commonly used in the market.
