Fully Sewn Christian Flag with Appliqued Cross.
Constructed with Dupont Solar-Max 200 Denier Nylon. Solar Max was designed for constant use in the sun and is well known for its ability to prevent premature UV damage.
Dupont UV resistant inks are used for their color vibrancy and also to find premature UV damage.
Flag attaches with Brass Grommets and heavy 9 oz Poly-sateen header. Header is brighter white and 28% stronger than canvas normally used with standard flags.
T-60 industrial thread is used on all areas of flag including the appliqed cross. T-60 thread demands 60+ pounds of pull to break. Industry norm is T-45.
Horizontal fly-end is secured with 4 rows of lock stitch and a 25% wider hem. The 1" wide hem adds extra fabric to slow the inevitable fraying to give you a longer flag life.
