Industrial T-60 thread is used throughout the flag. The number 60 represents the amount of force required to break the thread. Most Common thread in market is T-45.
Printed with Dupont UV Resistant Inks to retain colorfastness against the weather elements.
Header is made of 9 oz, pure-white, Poly Sateen. Stronger, thicker and a brighter white than the 7 oz Canvas typically used in the flag market.
Flag secured with #2 Brass Grommets
Fly-end is reinforced with 4 rows of lock stitch and back tacked.
Extra wide hem. We use a 1/4" turn-in which results in a fly end on this 3'x5' of 1". 25% wider than competitors.
